		A 24-year veteran of the 
		food and beverage service industry, I joined The Cliffs team in July, 
		2008. As manager of the seaside resorts  Marisol 
		Restaurant, I am  
		responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining room and bar area, 
		including reservations, staffing, and service. 
		With my 
		energy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills I was 
		recognized at an early age, and quickly launched myself into the 
		bustling restaurant industries of  Key West,
		 South 
		Beach, 
		and  San 
		Francisco. Locally, my 
		considerable experience has encompassed everything from being general 
		manager at Giuseppe's Cucina to general manager at Clautiere Winery, 
		from dining room manager at Deborah's Room at Justin Winery to server 
		and host of Alloro Restaurant. I have also helped organized events with 
		a number of top notch chefs: Charlie Paladin-Wayne, Rochelle Harringer, 
		and Chef Gregg Wangard
		to name a few. 
		I arrived on the  Central Coast in 1999 
		with his best friend Garth, a gregarious yellow Labrador, and the two of 
		us were constant companions for all of Garth's 14 years. Now, the 
		four-footed shoes in my life are filled by felines Jasper, Buddy, and 
		Sweetheart, and the four of us make our home is Shell Beach, where I am 
		active in community events, especially Chamber of Commerce activities. I 
		also helped organize and manage Eric Howe's bid for mayor of Pismo 
		Beach, and am currently on the board of Palate to Pallet, an annual 
		event showcasing local chefs and food to raise donations for the San 
		Luis Obispo Food Bank.
